Join the Jupiter Community for Book Club! We are reading Baltimore Blues by Laura Lippman
Summary: Baltimore Blues is the first novel in Laura Lippman's Tess Monaghan mystery series, which follows unemployed Baltimore reporter Tess Monaghan as she becomes a private investigator. Tess accepts a job to snoop on her rowing friend Rock's fiancée, but this leads to the murder of a prominent attorney, for which Rock becomes the prime suspect. Tess then takes on the case to prove her friend's innocence, uncovering dark secrets about the city and putting herself in danger.
