About The Event
We will meet at the Village Park Athletic Complex and begin with brief introductions as we walk together to the start of the path.
Once we arrive, Catalina will share a few words to guide us into the morning. The first 10 minutes will be a quiet mindfulness walk – a chance to settle in, breathe deeply, and simply be present.
After that, we’ll continue walking at a comfortable pace, with time to mingle, connect, and enjoy conversation together. We will be walking approximately 3 miles.
