October Newsletter
Dear Members,
Fall Fun Fact: Did you know? Studies show that spending time outdoors in the cooler fall months can boost your mood, reduce stress, and increase creativity. This season, challenge yourself to take a walk, enjoy a south Florida sunset, or plan a picnic with friends. Small moments of connection with nature can have a big impact on your well-being!
Impact Tip: As the weather changes, consider what positive changes you'd like to make in your community. Fall is the perfect season for fresh ideas, new connections, and meaningful impact.
With gratitude,
Keely Gideon-Taylor
