Born and raised in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Jennifer Snow has always carried with her a deep sense of connection to Florida’s vibrant communities. Now a proud resident of North Palm Beach, Jennifer balances her professional career with her passion for helping others—an intersection that perfectly aligns with the mission of Impact the Palm Beaches.

Jennifer first became involved with Impact during its inaugural year, and after some time away, she rejoined in 2022. For her, it was an easy decision. “I wanted to get more involved with the local community,” she shares. “I enjoy helping others, and being able to meet so many amazing people in the process is an added bonus.” That blend of community spirit and personal connection is exactly what makes Impact so special—and why members like Jennifer are such an integral part of its success.

Professionally, Jennifer works with RSM, a leading national consulting firm providing a range of financial services. Her analytical mind and organizational strengths shine through in her work, where precision and clarity are key. Yet those same qualities extend well beyond her professional life—they shape her personal philosophy, too.

“I’m a big fan of to-do lists,” Jennifer admits with a laugh. “They’re my secret weapon for staying grounded and organized. Writing everything down helps me clear the mental clutter and figure out what’s actually worth pursuing.” Her love for structure is something she embraces wholeheartedly, but she’s quick to note that it doesn’t keep her from embracing adventure. “I thrive on structure, but I’m always up for new experiences and adventures—as long as they’re part of a plan,” she says.

That balance between order and exploration defines Jennifer’s approach to life. Whether she’s diving into a new hobby, exploring a city she’s never been to, or planning the next chapter of her personal and professional growth, she approaches everything with intention and enthusiasm.

When she’s not working or volunteering, Jennifer finds joy in the simple, creative rhythms of daily life. She enjoys decorating, organizing, shopping, cooking, and reading—activities that not only keep her busy but also allow her to express her creativity and attention to detail.
